The Service is operated under the business name Free Workout Timer (“Free Workout Timer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Free Workout Timer provides browser-based timing, presets, audio cues, voice cues, and locally stored workout summaries. The Service is currently offered without charge and without requiring an account. Features, availability, and supported browser capabilities may change.
4. Health and fitness disclaimer
The Service is a timing tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, personal training, or emergency services. Presets and general fitness information are examples only and may not be appropriate for you.
Exercise involves risk. You are responsible for choosing appropriate activities, technique, equipment, location, supervision, duration, and intensity. Consider consulting a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise programme, particularly if you have an injury, health condition, are pregnant, take medication, or have concerns about exercise.

You are responsible for any backup or record you require. Free Workout Timer cannot restore workout history that was stored only in your browser.
